Mansi Omar
Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer
Mansi Omar is the Co-Founder of Jupitice and currently heads the Strategy, Sales, and Marketing divisions. She brings over six years of professional experience across diverse sectors including media, business process outsourcing, and non-profit organizations. Her previous roles with organizations such as Amar Ujala, Ratan Housing Development Ltd, and YouWeCan have helped her build a strong foundation in strategic planning, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
At Jupitice, Mansi is responsible for formulating and driving strategic initiatives, leading business development, and overseeing marketing and corporate communications. She plays a key role in building long-term partnerships with government bodies, quasi-judicial and judicial institutions, and corporate entities. Under her leadership, Jupitice has onboarded over 3,000 ADR Practitioners and empanelled more than 30 former Judges of the Supreme Court and High Courts of India onto the platform. She was also instrumental in the development and launch of Jupitice's first product—Digital Lok Adalat—leveraging her strong networks and communication skills.
In recognition of her contributions to justice technology and innovation, Mansi was honoured with the Global Prestige Award at the House of Lords, United Kingdom in September 2024, as part of a ceremony recognizing Indian trailblazers contributing to the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.
Mansi continues to foster a culture of entrepreneurial growth across the company and remains focused on expanding Jupitice's institutional reach and global presence.
